摘要
目的检测肺癌组织中癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附因子1(carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesionmolecule 1,CEACAM1)的表达,探讨其与血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)值的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测50例肺癌组织、10例正常肺组织中CEACAM1、VEGF的表达及MVD值。结果 CEACAM1在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率较在正常肺组织中的阳性表达率增高(P<0.01),VEGF在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率较在正常肺组织中的阳性表达率增高(P<0.05),肺癌组织中MVD值较正常肺组织中MVD值增高(P<0.01)。肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与VEGF的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.59,P<0.01),肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与MVD值存在的正相关关系(r=0.44,P<0.01)。结论肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达增高,提示CEACAM1可能参与了肺癌的发生发展。肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与VEGF的表达及MVD值均呈正相关关系,提示CEACAM1可能参与肺癌血管生成。
Objective To investigate microvessel density (MVD) and expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) in lung cancer, and we explore their interrelations. Methods The expression of CEACAM1, VEGF and MVD in 50 cases of lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P). Results The positive expression rate of CEACAM1 was significantly higher in lung cancer than in normal lung tissues (P〈0.01). The positive expression rate of VEGF was significantly higher in lung cancer than in normal lung tissues (P〈0.05). MVD was significantly higher in lung cancer than in normal lung tissues(P〈0.01). Statistical analysis was done to show a positive correlation between CEACAM1 expression and VEGF expression (r=0.59, P 〈 0.0l).Statistical analysis was done to show a positive correlation between CEACAM1 expression and MVD (r=0.44, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion CEACAM1 is overexpressed in lung cancer, indicating that it might play an important role in growth and metastasis of lung cancer. A positive correlation in CEACAM1 expression and VEGF expression and MVD show that CEACAM1 takes part in angiogenesis.
