摘要
传统的病案复印模式无论从法定材料审核、申请人复印需求确认、病案调取过程、收费登记等环节均需耗费一定的时间。在医疗机构实施电子病历的基础上,传统的纸质病案调阅环节可以省略,节省大量的时间及人力资源;而其他流程如材料审核、复印需求申请、收费登记等环节是否亦可通过人机对话等自助终端实现病案自助复印。本文就传统复印模式转变的必要性及病案自助复印服务的实现要点展开探讨。电子病历是前提,复印申请人的身份识别是难点,人机自助界面能够模拟人工复印窗口的沟通解释要点,从身份识别、复印需求呈现到缴费支付实现全程自助。病案自助服务的开展对实现病案复印管理的现代化、信息化、人性化、智能化具有重要的意义。
The traditional model of medical record duplication takes a certain time, whether it is from the legal material review, the applicant's copy needs confirmation, the medical record retrieval process, the registration of fees and so on. Based on the implementation of electronic medical records in medical institutions, the traditional paper medical record review process can be omitted to save time and human resources a lot. And other processes such as material audit, copy request application, charging registration and other links can also be achieved through the man-machine dialogue and other self-service terminals to achieve self-help copy of medical records. This article discusses the necessity of the change of the traditional copy mode and the main points of the implementation of the self copy service of medical records. Electronic medical record is the premise, and the identification of the applicant is difficult. The man-machine interface can be used to simulate the main points of the communication and interpretation of the manual copying window, and the whole process of self identification can be realized from the identification and the copy demand. The development of medical record self-service is of great significance to realize the modernization, informatization, humanization and intellectualization of medical record copy management.
