普通外科临床型研究生腹腔镜手术教学方法的探讨

临床型研究生的培养是为了向临床输送高级医学专业人才,目前很多高校已把临床型研究生教学纳入到住院医师规范化培训体系中。微创治疗是外科手术发展的趋势,腹腔镜手术技能的培训是普通外科临床型研究生培养的重要内容之一。腹腔镜手术教学方法和传统的外科手术教学方法有较大区别,应按照腹腔镜基础理论知识的培训、解剖知识的再强化、模拟训练、动物模型练习、临床手术实践的步骤循序渐进,切不可操之过急。行之有效的教学模式能提高研究生的腹腔镜技术水平,培养其成为一名合格的普通外科医师。

The cultivation of clinical graduate students is in order to transfer the advanced medical professionals to the clinic. At present, many cOlleges have incorporated the clinical graduate education into the standardized training system of resident doctors. Minimally invasive surgery is the trend of the development of surgery, laparoscopic surgery training is one of the important content for clinical postgraduate in general surgery. There is a difference between the laparoscopic surgery teaching method and the traditional surgical teaching method. The laparoscopic surgery teaching should be in accordance with the order of basic theoretical knowledge of laparoscope, reinforcement of anatomical knowledge, simulation training, animal model exercise and clinical surgical practice. Effective teaching can improve the graduate＇s laparoscopic technology to become a qualified general surgeon.
