摘要
本文首先根据四通换向阀和气液分离器的构造特点对其应用做了理论分析,然后通过实验对比验证了在额定制冷和高温制冷工况下,制冷剂在循环过程中分别经过四通换向阀或气液分离器时系统参数的变化情况。实验结果表明:制冷剂在循环过程中经过四通换向阀和气液分离器时,均会产生压力损失,其吸排气压力和制冷量均会有不同程度的下降,如果制冷剂在循环过程中同时屏蔽四通换向阀和气液分离器,则空调系统制冷量和能效值将会有明显的提升。
Based on the structural characteristics of four way valve and gas liquid separator, the theoretical analysis of its application are first introduced, and then the change of the system parameters in the rated condition, which the refrigerant in the process of the return flow through the four-way valve or the gas liquid separator are verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the pressure loss can be produced when the refrigerant passes through the four way valve and the gas liquid separator, and the suction pressure, discharge pressure and the cooling capacity of the refrigerant will be decreased in different degrees. The air conditioning system cooling capacity and energy efficiency will be significantly improved if the refrigerant in the process of the return shield the four-way valve and the gas liquid separator.
