基于材料表面改性的加湿技术应用研究

摘要 采用无机亲水涂层、有机亲水涂层以及多孔金属材料等表面改性技术,使加湿材料表面亲水化提升加湿量,解决了加湿技术加湿量限制的问题。与普通加湿方案相比,在相同实验工况下,加湿量得到显著提升:无机亲水涂层、有机亲水涂层以及多孔金属材料方案的加湿量分别提高112.8%、123.2%、86.6%。研究结果表明,通过加湿材料表面亲水化处理能够大幅度提高材料加湿性能。 The material surface was subjected to hydrophilic treatment by the method of TiQ hydrophilic coating, organic hydrophilic coating and porous metal replacement. The humidification could be improved by hydrophilic treatment, which solved the problems in humidification technology. Compared to traditional humidification technology, the performance of TiQ hydrophilic coating, organic hydrophilic coating and porous metal have been enhanced 112.8%, 123.2%-86.6%, respectively. The results suggest that the humidification could be significantly improved with the use of hydrophilic method prepared by TiQ hydrophilic coating, organic hydrophilic coating and porous metal.
