激光对接焊缝工艺研究

激光对接焊缝具有焊缝窄、热量集中、焊接变形小、速度快的优点,为满足洗衣机滚筒的要求,本文主要对激光焊缝母材确定合适下料方式,对激光对接焊缝的拼缝要求、焊缝性能进行分析,得到滚筒对接焊缝的工艺方法及参数。

Laser butt wedding has the advantages of narrow welding bead, heat concentrated, small welding deformation and high efficient. To satisfied the requirements of washing machine＇s drum, this article is mainly to analysis the appropriate of laser wedding seams, the flat-fill requirements of laser butt wedding and the performance of welding seams to get the welding methods and parameters of washing machine＇s drum.
