爱国卫生运动至今已有65年,为推动我国卫生事业的发展,促进人民健康发挥了重要积极的作用。病媒生物防治是爱国卫生运动的重要内容。本文将这65年的病媒生物防治工作归纳为起步、调整、转折和迈进4个阶段。笔者回顾了不同阶段病媒生物防治的任务与内容,分析了各个阶段的特点,展望了病媒生物防治的未来发展,并提出了建议。

In China, Patriotic Health Movement has been carried out for 65 years, and played an important and positive role in the development of China＇s health and the promotion of people＇s health. Medical vector control is an essential part of the Patriotic Health Movement. This article reviews the past, and summarizes medical vector control work in the 65 years as four stages as the starting, adjusting, turning and striding. The tasks, contents and characteristics of vector control in different stages are discussed, the development of vector control is prospected, and some suggestions are raised.
