新型卫生除害处理系统的研制及应用初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了满足口岸进出境货物消毒、杀虫、灭鼠处理功能,实现一站式自动化检疫处理服务,提高检疫处理效率,加快货物的通关速度,促进港口发展。方法采用工业控制、智能施药、真空处理、智能循环利用、射流控制、温控雾化等多项先进技术集成创新,研发了一种新型卫生除害处理系统。结果该卫生除害处理系统由工业计算机中央集成化控制,兼具货物喷雾消毒与熏蒸杀虫、灭鼠两种处理模式,实现气密性检定、智能供药、温控汽化、负压处理、浓度检测、药剂循环利用、可移动化作业及远程无线操作等多项功能。系统经初步应用,对试菌、试虫、试鼠均达到了较好的防治效果,药剂平均使用消耗缩减1/3以上、单位处理时间可缩短20 h。结论该系统适用于不同可气化的熏蒸剂和雾化剂,可在同一时间内满足至少一种消毒剂和两种熏蒸剂的同时、交替使用。系统实用性强、效率高、处理效果好,值得在口岸乃至其他社会卫生处理单位推广应用。 Objective To achieve the port of entry and exit of goods disinfection, insect and mice control function and accomplish one-stop automated quarantine services, improve the efficiency of quarantine treatment, speed up the clearance of goods and promote the development of ports as well. Methods A new sanitation disposal system was developed with the use of industrial control, intelligent control, intelligent vacuum treatment, recycling, flow control, temperature control atomization and other innovation of advanced technologies.Results The sanitation disposal system is controlled by the central computer industry integration, both goods and spray disinfection fumigation deratting two processing modes, implementation of air tightness test, intelligent temperature control for medicine, vaporization, negative pressure treatment, drug concentration detection, recycling, mobile operation and remote operation system after the preliminary and other functions.When applied in disinfection, disinsection and deratization, the average consumption reduced more than 1/3, and the unit disposal time shortened 20 hours. Conclusion This system is applicable to different fumigants and aerosols. It is worthwhile to promote the application in the national ports and other social and health treatment units.
