摘要
目的在华亭农村通过比较紫外线灯诱法、CO_2灯诱法、人工小时法及黑箱法等4种不同调查方法采集蚊虫,了解同一生境中4种调查方法捕蚊效果的差异。方法定人、定时、定点采用紫外线灯诱法、CO_2灯诱法、人工小时法及黑箱法采集蚊虫。结果 4种方法共采集蚊虫4属5种,计4 402只。其中紫外线灯诱法采集3属4种1 846只,占蚊虫总数的41.94%;CO_2灯诱法采集3属4种1 311只,占蚊虫总数的29.78%;人工小时法采集4属5种809只,占蚊虫总数的18.38%;黑箱法采集1属2种436只,占蚊虫总数的9.9%。结论4种采集方法中,人工小时法采集到的蚊虫种类多,对于标本制作、品种收集方面具有一定的优势,但费时、费力;紫外线灯诱法最方便,对个人技能不高,采集效果也不错;CO_2灯诱法采集蚊虫效果不错,但费用高,后续工作多,不方便;黑箱法采集效果最差。
Objective To learn the mosquito trapping efficacy of ultraviolet lamp, CO2 trap, labor hour method and black box method.Methods Ultraviolet lamp, CO2 trap,labor hour method and black box method were used to catch mosquitoes.Results Totally, 4 402 mosquitoes were caught, belonging to 5 species of 4 genera. 1 846 mosquitoes belonging to 4 species of 3 genera were caught with ultraviolet lamps,occupying 41.94% of all mosquitoes; 1 311 mosquitoes belonging to 4 species of 3 genera with CO2 traps, occupying 29.78% of all mosquitoes ; 809 mosquitoes belonging to 5 species of 4 genera with labor hour method, occupying 18.38% of all mosquitoes; and 436 mosquitoes belonging to 2 species of 1 genus with black box method, occupying 9.9% of all mosquitoes.Conclusion Using labor hour method can catch more species of mosquitoes, which holds the advantage of specimen preparation and species collection,while takes more time and energy.Uhraviolet lamps displayed good capture efficacy with convenience.CO2 traps could trap mosquito effectively ,however,they cost much.The efficacy of black box method was the least.
