青岛海港口岸蝇类调查

Investigation on flies at Qingdao Seaport

目的了解青岛海港口岸蝇类本底情况,为制定有效的医学媒介生物控制措施提供科学依据。方法 2010年4月至2013年11月,采用诱蝇笼法捕集法,进行计数和分类鉴定。结果本次调查共捕获蝇类10 011只,经鉴定分类隶属于4科9属9种,优势种群为家蝇、厩腐蝇和丝光绿蝇,分别占41%、32%和15%。结论本次调查初步掌握了青岛海港口岸蝇类的分布、组成和季节消长,指导相关部门做好综合防治工作,加强环境治理。

Objective To understand the species, population structure, seasonal fluctuation of flies at Qingdao Seaport, and provide scientific basis for fly control. Methods The cage entrapment method was used in the investigation from April of 2010 to November of 2013.Results 10 011 flies belonging to 9 species 9 genera 4 families were collected. The dominant species were Musca domestica, Muscinan stabulans and Lucilia sericata, respectively accounting for 41% ,32% and 15%.Conclusion It is necessary to know species density, population structure and seasonal fluctuation of flies for better control work.
