日照市某渔村家蝇和丝光绿蝇成虫体表携带细菌的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究日照市一渔村家蝇和丝光绿蝇成虫体表携带细菌数量和类别。方法采用振荡洗脱法分离蝇类体表细菌,对获得细菌的16S rDNA基因扩增后进行分离分子鉴定。结果家蝇体表携带细菌约为1.2×10~5个/只,丝光绿蝇雌蝇体表携带约1.8×10~6个/只,且雌雄蝇之间均无显著差异。家蝇雌雄蝇体表检测到细菌均有11属,丝光绿蝇雌蝇体表检测到9属细菌,雄蝇检测到8属细菌。结论家蝇和丝光绿蝇均可携带条件致病菌,合适的条件下可能会传播给人类,因此需要加强环境治理和蝇类防控。 Objective To isolate and identify the bacteria from the surface of Musca dornestica and Lucilia sericata adults of a fishing village in Rizhao,China.nethods The surfaces of adult flies were washed with sterile water,the eluted bacteria cultured with LB culture medium. The DNAs of isolated bacteria were extracted, and 16S rDNA fragments were amplified through general PCR ,and the 16S rDNA sequences were blasted with bacteria sequences in NCBI.Results The numbers of bacteria detected from female and male Musca domestica adults were similar, and so of Lucilia sericata.The number of bacteria isolated from one Musca domestica and Lucilia sericata adults were about 1.2×10^5 and 1.8×10^6, respectively. 11 genus bacteria were isolated from Musca domestica adults, 9 genus bacteria from female Lucilia sericata adults and 8 genus bacteria from female adults. Conclusion Some opportunistic human bacteria were isolated from the surface of Musca domestica and Lucilia sericata adults, and the bacteria might cause infectious disease to people in particular situations. So the environmental management and fly control should be strengthened.
