摘要
目的了解重庆铁路辖区德国小蠊对乙酰甲胺磷、顺式氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉的抗性现状,为科学防治提供依据。方法用广口瓶药膜接触法测定德国小蠊的抗药性。结果现场品系试虫和敏感品系试虫对乙酰甲胺磷、顺式氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉的KT_(50)分别是78.227、29.837 min;12.235、2.181 min;57.179、15.345 min;抗性倍数分别是2.622、5.610、3.726。结论本辖区德国小蠊对乙酰甲胺磷、顺式氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉均产生了一定程度的抗性。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Blattella germanica to acephate, alphamethrin and imidaclopfid in a community of Chengdu Railway Bureau for better control of cockroach infestation. Methods Cockroaches were placed in wide-mouthed bottles filmed with insecticides, and KT50s were evaluated. Results The KT50s of acephate,alphamethrin and imidacloprid to field collected and lab reared populations of B. germanica were 78. 227 and 29. 837 rain, 12. 235 and 2. 181 rain, 57. 179 and 15. 345 min respectively. B. germanica developed 2. 622 2,5. 610 and 3. 726 folds resistance to the insecticides correspondingly.Conclusion B. germanica developed some resistance to acephate, alphamethrin and imidacloprid.
