高炉钛渣对废润滑油的吸附性能 被引量:4

摘要 为研究高炉钛渣的高附加值利用,采用静态吸附法研究了高炉钛渣对废润滑油的吸附性能,考察了高炉钛渣投加量、搅拌转速、吸附温度以及吸附时间对吸附效果的影响,并通过正交实验探讨了高炉钛渣吸附废润滑油的工艺优化条件,在此基础上进行了高炉钛渣与活性白土吸附废润滑油的对比实验。实验结果表明:高炉钛渣对废润滑油有着较好的吸附效果,且吸附效果与活性白土相当,可作为吸附剂用于废润滑油的吸附再生。 The adsorption performance of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag for waste lubricating oil was researched by the static adsorption method in this paper.The research is intended to find applications of the Tibearing blast furnace slag with high additional value.In this research,the influences of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag dosage,agitation speed,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption performance were analyzed.Using the orthogonal experiment,the process optimization condition for the adsorption of waste lubricating oil by the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag was discussed.On this basis,the comparative experiments of the adsorption of waste lubricating oil by Ti-bearing blast furnace slag and activated clay were conducted in parallel.Results show that Ti-bearing blast furnace slag has a good adsorption effect on waste lubricating oil,which is similar to the adsorption effect of activated clay.Therefore,Ti-bearing blast furnace slag can be used as the adsorbent for the adsorption and regeneration of waste lubricating oil.
