摘要
目的观察分析优化的手术室基础护理流程在老年患者手术中的服务效果。方法随机选取2015年6月—2016年6月于我院就诊的行手术治疗的老年患者122例,按照护理方式的不同,采用数字随机法均分为观察组与对照组,各61例。观察组患者给予优化的手术室基础护理,对照组患者定期到手术室护理,评定2组护理服务质量。结果 2组护理质量,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后2组焦虑与抑郁评分状况较护理前均有显著提升,观察组要优于对照组(P<0.05);满意度,护理后观察组也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手术室基础护理流程进行优化,能够显著提高护理质量,减轻患者的负面情绪,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To observe and analyze the service effect of optimized operation room basic nursing process in elderly patients. Methods Randomly selected in june 2015 -2016 year in june in our hospital for surgical treatment of 122 cases of elderly patients, according to different nursing methods, were randomly divided into observation group (n=61) and control group ( n=61), the observation group was treated with the basis of the optimization of operation room nursing, basic nursing routine to control operation room group of patients, compared two groups of patients with nursing service quality. Results The quality of nursing observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05); before the surgery, anxiety, depression score differences between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant (P 〉0.05); after the surgery, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients was significantly lower than before treatment (P 〈0.05), and the pati ents in the observation group, the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group (P 〈0.05); the observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion optimizing the basic nursing process in operation room can significantly improve the quality of nursing, reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
