摘要
城市影响力是一个城市综合实力和话语权的体现,也是城市吸引力和辐射力的重要表征。在研究文献基础上,作者构建了城市影响力指数框架,并对全国200个城市的影响力进行了测评。研究发现,宜居、文化等因素对于城市影响力的重要性凸显,传播影响力的作用则有待提高。结合全球化、信息化进程的挑战和机遇,作者就如何进一步提升我国城市影响力提出了相应的对策建议,包括对接国家顶层战略、推进城市营销治理转型、升级城市品牌意识以促进城市的错位竞争和协同发展、促进城市影响力的均衡发展、提升城市互联网营销能力等。
Urban influence is an embodiment of city's comprehensive competitiveness and discourse right, and it is also an important representation of urban attraction and radiation. On the basis of literature, this paper puts forward the framework of city influence index(CII), and evaluates the influence of 200 cities in China. The results show that the livability, culture and other factors have greatly contribution to urban influence, while the development of communication is still need to be improved. Combined with the challenges and opportunities of globalization and information revolution process, the author also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the urban influence of Chinese cities, such as docking the national strategies, promoting the transformation of city marketing governance, upgrading the city branding perspective and reinforcing the urban differentiated competition and coordinated development, improving the balanced development of urban influence and enhancing the city's digital marketing capacity, and so on.
