中医心理干预对择期手术病人术前生理、心理状况的影响探究

Study of the influences of Chinese medicine psychology intervention treatment to the psychological and physiological status of patients undergoing selective operation

目的探究中医心理干预对择期手术病人术前生理、心理状况的影响。方法将2014年5月~2015年5月就诊于本院的400例骨伤科择期手术患者随机分为对照组(G1)与干预组(G2)各200例。G1组进行常规护理,G2组则在其基础上配合中医心理干预。分别在入院后次日和手术前一天统计两组患者的血压、心率以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分并进行比较。结果入院后次日,G1组和G2组的血压、心率、焦虑自评量表评分均无显著差异(P﹥0.05);手术前一天,G2组的血压、心率、焦虑自评量表评分均显著低于G1组(P﹤0.05)。结论中医心理干预可以有效调控择期手术病人术前的血压、心率及焦虑心理,对手术的顺利进行具有积极意义。

Objective To study the influences of Chinese medicine psychology intervention treatment to the psychological and physiological status ofpatiems undergoing selective operation. Methods 400 patients undergoing selective operation from orthopedics and traumatology department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group （group 1,200 patients） and intervention group （group 2, 200 patients）. Patients in group 1 were given routine nursing care, patiens in group 2 were given routine nursing care plus Chinese medicine psychology intervention treatment. Compare blood pressure, heart rate and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores between two groups on the second morning after admission and the day before operation. Results There were no significantly differences in blood pressure, heart rate or SAS scores between two groups on the second morning aRer admission （P 〉 0.05）; blood pressure, heart rate and SAS scores in group 2 were significantly lower than group 1 on the day before operation. Conclusion Chinese medicine psychology intervention treatment can effectively control the blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety of patients undergoing selective operation and will be helpful for a successful operation.
