摘要
针对等离子喷涂电弧电压、电弧电流、主气流量和送粉量等工艺参数对制备Al_2O_3涂层组织及性能的影响,采用正交试验方法进行参数化设计,通过直观分析确定涂层硬度指标下的最佳工艺组合参数。试验结果表明:影响涂层硬度的主次因素排序为氩气流量、电流、送粉量、电压。最佳参数组合为:电弧电压为60 V,电弧电流为600 A,送粉量为25 g·min^(-1),氩气流量为2000 L·H^(-1),最佳工艺组合参数下得到的涂层组织更加致密,硬度为914.6 HV。
Plasma spray process parameters of arc voltage, arc current, main air flow and powder feeding amount for Al2O3 ceramic coating were optimized by orthogonal experiment parameter design based on the preparation and properties of Al2O3 coating, the optimum process parameters were determined by the intuitive analysis of the coating hardness indicators. The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the hardness of the coating is Ar gas flow, arc current powder feed rate, arc voltage, respectively. The optimized parameters are arc voltage of 60 V, arc current of 600 A, powder feed rate of 25 g· min^-1, Ar gas flow of 2000 L· H^-1. The coating structure was more density and the hardness of coating is 914.6 HV by the optimized parameters.
