竞争情报分析工作受多种干扰的综合影响,这些干扰因素之间互相耦合,形成一个动态时变系统。本文通过对竞争情报分析中各种干扰因素的运作机理进行分析,建立竞争情报干扰因素的系统动力学模型,各干扰因素进行仿真分析,仿真分析结果有助于提升企业竞争情报分析的抗干扰水平,协助企业在业务、市场、研发、投资策略以及长期经营管理等方面做出正确的决策,为企业竞争情报系统的重建与优化提供重要参考。

Competitive intelligence analysis is subject to a variety of factors, which form a dynamic variable system. Based on the analysis of these factors＇ operation mechanism, the paper tries to establish a system dynamics model and conducts simulation analysis, in the hope of decreasing the interference level of these factors and providing an important reference for the reconstruction and optimization of enterprises＇ competitive intelligence system.
