摘要
鲁米诺-硝酸银-纳米金体系有很强的化学发光现象。当向该体系中加入酚类物质,化学发光信号有不同程度的变化。研究发现,酚类物质的—OH可以与纳米金产生相互作用,相互作用的大小与酚类物质所含的—OH数目、位置有关。结合流动注射化学发光法对对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、邻苯三酚进行了测定,检出限分别为4.0×10^(-11),8.0×10^(-10),2.6×10^(-9)g/mL。用加标回收法测定了自来水中的邻苯二酚,回收率在97.5%~105%,相对标准偏差在1.4%~2.5%,结果满意。初步讨论了酚类物质对此体系化学发光强度影响的机理,建立了测定多酚类物质的化学发光分析新方法。
Luminol-AgNO3-gold nanoparticles system has a strong chemical luminescence(CL) phenomena. When polyphenol compounds are added in the system, the cheminescence signals have dif- ferent degrees of change. --OH in the phenolics can interact with the nanometer gold, and the inter- action is related to the number and location of--OH in the phenolic compounds. Combined with the flow injection chemiluminescence method, hydeoquinone, catechol and phthalate were determined. The detection limits are 4.0 × 10 ^-11, 8.0 × 10 ^-10, 2.6 × 10 ^-9 g,/mL, respectively. The method was successfully used to determine catechol in water. The recovery is 97.5% - 105%, and the relative standard derivations (RSD) is 1.4% -2.5%. The possible mechanism of the CL reaction was discussed, and the CL method for determination of the polyphenol compounds was proposed.
