摘要
通过真空熔炼、电渣重熔、热锻、热轧和冷拉等工艺,生产了活塞环用新型合金钢盘条。采用了金相、SEM等技术,分析了不同状态的微观组织结构,发现该中材料微观组织从优到劣的顺序为冷拉退火态、热轧态、热锻态、铸态,具体表现为孔洞、偏析区及缺陷数量逐渐变少;当制品截面积逐渐变小时,上述缺陷分布越来越弥散化。对铸态、热锻态和热轧态偏析区进行能谱分析,发现均呈现一种富C、Cr和Mo而贫Fe现象。
A new alloy steel wire rod used for the piston ring was produced by the vacuum smelting,electroslag casting,hot forging,hot rolling and cold drawing and so on process. The microstructure of different state is analyzed by metallography,SEM and so on technology. Experimental results indicate that the microstructure is with preferential treatment to the order of the carrier material for cold drawn annealing state,hot rolling state,hot forging,hot rolling state and cold drawing-annealing state,which embodied in the quantity of hole,segregations area and defect gradually less,and distribute of the above defects become more diffuse. EDS analysis for segregation area as cast,as hot forging and as hot rolling indicates that there is a phenomenon of C-rich,Cr-rich,Mo-rich but poor Fe.
