摘要
多数汽车铝合金型材在弯曲性能试验过程中常有不良品出现,本文对不同合金牌号的壁厚2 mm铝合金挤压型材试样进行不同的在线淬火,再经不同的时效。对试验结果进行分析,探究并总结了经弯曲后影响型材力学性能、弯曲性能的因素。
There are always defective products for most automotive aluminum profiles after bending test. In this paper,different alloy grades of aluminum extrusion profile with 2 mm wall thickness is carried out different on-line quenching and then different aging. The experimental results are analyzed,and the effect factors on mechanical property and bending property of aluminum profile after bending are investigated and summarized.
