摘要
薄规格钢板淬火工艺技术开发是淬火领域内的核心技术,具有重要的实用价值。但因其控制要点多,影响因素复杂,控制难度极大。本文总结了沙钢热处理车间在薄板淬火板型控制方面的相关经验,阐释了钢板在入炉准备,炉内加热和淬火水量、水比设置等方面对板型控制的影响机理,并分析了淬火钢板变形原理,最终淬火薄板成功批量生产。
The thin gauge steel quenching technology development is the core technology in the field of quenching, which has important practical value. But its control point is more and the influence factor is complex, so control is extremely difficult. In this paper, the relevant experience in the thin plate quench- ing control in Sha-steel heat treatment workshop is summarized and the mechanism of the steel plate in the ready into furnace, the furnace heating and quenching water volume, the set of water ratio and so on are explained. The deformation principle of hardened steel plate also analyzed. And at last the quenching thin plate by produced successfully.
