多发性硬化视神经病变磁共振成像的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨3.0T磁共振扫描仪在多发性硬化(MS)视神经病变评估中的有效性及其与临床的关系。方法对29例伴视神经病变的MS患者行常规视神经MRI检查,以视神经受累节段、病灶在视神经断面的分布位置以及病灶长度等为观察指标,分析视力损害与视神经病灶MRI特点之间的关系。结果视力较差组的视神经病变长度长于视力较好组;视力较差组视神经横轴型和中轴型病变所占的比率高于视力较好组。结论 3.0T磁共振仪是诊断和评估MS视神经病变的有效方法,它能够准确清晰显示视神经病变的形态学特点,与视力障碍有很好的相关性,有助于MS视神经损害的临床诊断和病情评估。 Objective To evaluate effectiveness of the 3. 0 T magnetic resonance scanner in assessment of optic nerve damage in multiple sclerosis( MS),and the relationship between clinical significance and imaging features. Methods Conventional MRI scanning of optic nerve was performed on 29 MS patients with optic nerve damage using a 3. 0 T magnet system. All optic nerve images were analyzed in some aspects,including location of optic nerve damage,feature of focus,and length of optic nerve damage. MRI features of optic damage were compared with visual impairment. Results Length of optic nerve damage in poor visual acuity groups was significantly higher than in the good visual acuity groups. Incidence rate of the lesion,which was in the transverse section and the axial part of optical nerve in poor visual acuity groups,was higher than in the good visual acuity groups.Conclusion 3. 0 T MRI is a effective method of diagnosis and assessment of MS optic damage,which can clearly show morphology of the optic damage and has good Correlation with visual impairment. 3. 0 T MRI is helpful to diagnose and assess the MS optic nerve damage.
