摘要
目的探讨不同的后处理方法对图像质量的影响。方法将88例行头颅DSCTA检查的患者影像分别用减影法和去骨法进行处理分析。对两种方法得到的VR图像进行由两名医师进行评分,对其合格率和优秀率评分采用x^2检验;采用血管分析测量左侧颈内动脉海绵窦段及岩段血管直径。对获得的血管直径使用配对t检验。结果减影法和去骨法合格率无统计学差异(P>0.05);减影法优秀率高于去骨法有统计学差异(x^2=77.487、P<0.05);通过血管分析减影法测得左侧颈内动脉海绵窦段直径(3.527±1.027)、岩段直径(3.980±1.119),去骨法测定颈内动脉海绵窦段直径(3.901±0.848)、岩段直径(4.308±0.731),减影法测出左侧海绵窦段及岩段直径均小于去骨法左侧海绵窦段差异(t=-4.054,P<0.05)、左侧岩段差异(t=-3.260,P=0.002)均有统计学意义。结论两种方法各有优势,在临床应用中应当根据临床需要及患者情况进行选择。
Objective To investigate the effects of different post-processing methods on image quality. Methods The imaging results of 88 patients underwent brain digital subtraction CT angiography( DSCTA) examination were processed and analyzed by the subtraction technique and automatic bone removal procedure. VR images obtained from above two methods were scored by two physicians,scoring results of the qualified rate and excellent rate were evaluated using a x^2test. Vessel diameters of the left internal carotid artery cavernous segment and petrous segment were measured utilizing vessel analysis. Paired t test was used to examine the obtained blood vessel diameters. Results There was no significant difference regarding qualified rates between subtraction technique and automatic bone removal procedure( P〉0. 05). The excellent rate of subtraction technique was higher than that of automatic bone removal procedure,with statistically difference( P〈0. 05). Vessel analysis results revealed that the subtraction technique measured vessel diameters of the left internal carotid cavernous segment and petrous segment were( 3. 527 ±1. 027) and( 3. 980 ± 1. 119),respectively; further,diameters of the left internal carotid cavernous segment and petrous segment were( 3. 901 ± 0. 848) and( 4. 308 ± 0. 731) determined by automatic bone removal procedure,respectively. The vessel diameters of the left internal carotid cavernous segment and petrous segment were smaller by subtraction technique than by automatic bone removal procedure,showing statistical differences( t =-4. 054,P〈0. 05; t =-3. 260,P = 0. 002; respectively). Conclusion Both the subtraction technique and automatic bone removal procedure had their own advantages and should be selected according to clinical needs and patient's condition in the clinical application.
