乳腺X线摄影与超声诊断0期及1期乳腺癌的临床价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨乳腺X线摄影与超声对0期及1期乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床手术病理证实的0期及1期乳腺癌50例,并进行统计学处理,分析两种检查方法诊断0期及1期乳腺癌与病理诊断的符合率。结果乳腺X线摄影与病理诊断总符合率(46/50)92%;超声与病理诊断总符合率(38/50)76%,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论乳腺X线摄影诊断0期及1期乳腺癌明显优于超声。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of Mammography and Ultrasound in the diagnosis of stage 0 and stage1 breast cancer. Methods The coincidence rates between two kinds of checking method in the diagnosis of stage 0 and stage 1breast cancer and pathological diagnosis were analyzed after retrospectively analyzing and statistically processing 50 cases of stage0 and stage 1 breast cancer confirmed by clinical surgery pathology. Results The total compliance rate of Mammography and pathological diagnosis was 92%( 46/50),and that of Ultrasound and pathological diagnosis was 76%( 38/50),both had significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Mammography was significantly better than Ultrasound in diagnosis of stage 0 and stage 1 breast cancer.
