摘要
了解985高校图书馆2010-2014年人力资源动态变化趋势,为人力资源规划提供依据、指出方向。利用高校图工委网站的人力资源数据,从员工数、学历、职称、性别和年龄段几个方面对15个样本图书馆的人力资源建设情况进行动态统计和分析。得出结论:高校图书馆人力资源的体量处于不断紧缩的状态;馆员高学历化已成为趋势;中级职称人员是图书馆队伍的中坚力量;女性馆员是高校图书馆绝对的从业主体;29岁以下的青年馆员严重缺乏。图书馆要保持快速、可持续发展,必须加强人才的中长期规划,严格控制人才引进、培训、使用、管理等环节。
To have an understanding of the dynamic development trend of human resources of 985 academic libraries from 2010 to 2014 and to provide data and point out direction for human resource planning, this article makes use of the statistics and analysis of the dynamic data of human resources of 15 sample libraries from the point of view of the development trend of the total number of staff, professional title, educational background, gender and age distribution. The total number of staffs of academic libraries is decreasing. Staffs with higher educational background and with intermediate professional titles have become the main force of libraries. Female librarians occupy the absolute percentage over male librarians. And libraries have a shortage of librarians under the age of 29. Libraries should enhance the long - term planning, introduction, training, utilization and management of human resources to ensure the fast and sustainable development.
