摘要 高等工程教育教学质量的改进,需要做通盘考虑。在目标取向上,要将对"才"的重视转向兼顾"人"与"才",首先实现"人"作为"人"的价值存在,然后培养人的"才";在知识论上,需要在重视书本知识的同时,兼顾实践性知识与批判性知识,使学生成人成才成为可能;在方法论上,需要将"教授"转向"教学做合一",以弘扬高等工程教育的正功能而抑制其负功能的出现,使学生"成人""成才"成为现实。 Teaching quality improvement of higher engineering education need take all things into consideration. In terms of values, it need attention from abilities to person and his ability, make the person as a person and then cultivate people's will; In the aspect of theory of knowledge, it need pay attention to book knowledge, especially to practical knowledge and critical knowledge because they can help the student's adult just. In the aspect of methodology, it need change teaching method from taught into the teaching does unites and to improve higher engineering education in the emergence of the positive function and inhibit its negative function, causes the student to adult become a reality.
