我国“干部交流”研究历程及其特征分析——基于1950—2016年的文献数据研究

摘要 通过对1950年以来中国知网以干部交流为主题的文献搜索结果统计分析,发现学者对干部交流的关注度在持续上升的基础上,同时也存在一定的阶段性特征。总体可以划分为三个阶段,第一阶段为萌芽阶段,该阶段文献研究数量较低,增速趋于缓慢,研究主题主要是干部交流来源于"干部工作经验交流会";第二阶段为快速发展阶段,该阶段结合干部交流制度的颁布,研究趋势呈快速上升态势;第三阶段循环往复阶段,该阶段文献研究量呈"下降-上升-再下降"的模式,学者主要开始运用实证方法研究干部交流同经济增长之间的关系。 Based on the statistical analysis of the results of literature search on the topic of cadre communication since 1950, it is found that the degree of concern of the cadres on the cadre exchange is on the rise, and there are still some characteristics. The main stage can be divided into three stages, the first stage is the embryonic stage, the number of literature research at this stage is low, the growth rate tends to be slow, the research topic is mainly from the cadre exchange “cadre work experience exchange”; the second stage is fast development stage, the stage of the cadre ex-change system promulgated, the research trend was a rapid upward trend; the third stage of the cycle, the stage of the amount of literature was “down-rise-and then down” model, scholars mainly began to use empirical method to study the relationship between the exchange of cadres and economic growth.
