摘要
研究生担任高校兼职辅导员有其自身的特色和优势,如工作积极热情、易与学生沟通、及时掌握动态、创新意识强、学习上现身说法等。同时,他们在工作中也存在不足之处,如缺乏管理经验、学业与工作冲突、角色定位不明确、工作稳定性差、学生认同感不强等。因此,需确立严格的研究生兼职辅导员选聘机制、建立健全考核机制、大力加强岗位培训以及引导研究生正确处理学业与工作的关系,切实提高研究生兼职辅导员的学习能力和业务能力,进一步提升兼职辅导员队伍的整体水平。
Postgraduate students have their unique characteristics and advantages to be part-time counselors, such as work enthusiasm, easy communication with students,and real-time track of students, situation,strong innovative consciousness and being live ex- angles in academic performance. However, they also have their shortcomings, including lack of administration experience, con- flict between academic study, unclear role positioning, poor vocational stability and weak sense of recognition from students. Therefore, colleges should establish strict hiring mechanism, in^rove check mechanism, strengthen job training vigorous^ and guide postgraduate students correct^ handling the relationshp between study and work. In this way, part-time counselors' stud-ying abilities and professional abilities can be improved effective^ and the overall level of the part-time college counselor can be further enhanced.
