湖北省大学生创业孵化基地建设存在的问题及对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of College Students Venture Incubation Base Construction in Hubei

对湖北省大学生创业孵化基地建设进行了研究,指出了政府、基地和学生三个层面存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。从政府层面上,要加强政府相关扶持政策的落实,改变扶持资金发放标准,严格把关政府创业扶持项目申报。从基地层面上,完善法人治理结构,通过创新加强自身的造血功能,进行正确的基地功能定位,健全管理体制。从创业大学生层面,要主动提高自身创业素质。

This paper makes a study on construction of college students venture incubation base in Hubei, and points out the problems in three aspects,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. From the government perspective, it is infortant to strengthen the implementation of the relevant government supporting policies, change the standard of funding support, and stric% check application of government entrepreneursh supporting projects. From the perspective of incubation base, it is necessary to improve the corporate governance structure, accurate position base ftinction and perfect management system. From the per- spective of college students, they should take the initiative to improve their entrepreneurial quality.
