摘要
该文从推行质量管理体系、创新驱动发展、弘扬老字号文化等方面介绍了广西梧州茶厂创建质量文化品牌、推进生产经营向质量效益型转变的实践,总结了中华老字号六堡茶龙头企业行稳致远的经验。
This paper introduces the practice o f the establishm ent of quality culturebrand of Guangxi Wuzhou Tea Factory from the aspects of carrying out the QM system,promoting the innovation and time-honored brand culture. It also analyzes the transitionof quality and benefit in production and management, and summarizes the successfulexperience of managing Liubao Tea (a time-honored brand) as the leading enterprise.
