摘要
人口决定教育的需求,经济决定教育的可能。该文基于对职教与人口、职教与经济关系的研究,提出了"每30万人口设置1所中职校"的设校定额评价标准、"每40亿元GDP承载1000人中职生"的经济承载力评价标准。运用这两个评价标准,可对区域中职学校的设置进行初步的评价诊断。
The population determines the needs of education, while economy determinesthe possibilities of education. By studying the relationships between vocational educationand population, vocational education and economy, this paper proposes a school settingstandard of “per 300 thousand population with a secondary vocational school” and aneconomic bearing capacity standard o f “per 4 billion GDP with 1000 SVS students”.Based on these two standards, the author analyzes and evaluates the setting of secondaryvocational schools preliminarily in a certain region.
