摘要
2014年11月下旬和12月上旬,南疆西部的克州地区出现了2次灾害性大风天气,12月8日克州阿图什的大风突破建站以来的历史极值。本文利用常规观测资料和NCEP1°×1°的6 h再分析资料,对这两次大风天气成因进行了对比分析。结果表明:高空斜压槽、地面强冷锋及南疆西部热低压是产生大风天气的影响系统;高空中期环流形势、冷空气强度、动量下传决定了大风的类型与强度;温度平流、垂直运动的强度及配置与大风强度关系密切。
In late November and early December of 2014,two disastrous winds occurred in KizilsuKirghiz Autonomous Prefecture which located in the west of the southern Xinjiang,the one onDecember 8th in Artux broke through the extreme value of recorded history since the construction ofthe station. In this paper,these two windy weather referred above were analyzed comparativelybased on conventional observation and NCEP1°x 1° reanalysis data every 6h. It is showed that thecirculation situation induced by such windy weather included baroclinic trough and strong front zonein upper level,strong cold high pressure in surface and thermal depression in the west of southernXinjiang; the type and intensity of strong wind was determined by medium range circulation,coldair strength,and downward momentum transportation. In addition,the intensity of the temperatureadvection,vertical movement and the divergence field configuration is directly affected the strengthof wind.
