益肾通督汤联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎40例临床研究

Kidney tongdu decoction combined with western medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis 40 cases study

目的:通过实验分析强直性脊柱炎应用益肾通督汤联合西药治疗效果,为今后强直性脊柱炎治疗提供科学根据。方法:选取我院2014年9月~2016年9月强直性脊柱炎患者40例作为观察对象,采用随机数字分配法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上增加益肾通督汤疗法,比较两组临床疗效。结果:经为期12wk治疗,观察组总有效率达到95%,对照组总有效率达到75%,两组有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强直性脊柱炎患者应用益肾通督汤联合西药治疗临床效果显著,相比单独使用西药疗法效果更佳,值得推广应用。

Objective： Through the experimental analysis of ankylosing spondylitis application C combined western medicine therapy effect, for anky-losing spondylitis treatment to provide scientific basis in the future.Methods： From september 2014 to September 2016 with a total of 40 patients with ankylosing spondylitis as experimental research object, the random number distribution method is divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group.Control group using conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group on the basis of increased kidney tongdu decoction treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results： After treatment for 12 weeks, the total effective rate reached 95%,the experimental group patients in the control group total effective rate reached 75%, two groups of patients with efficient statistically significant dif-ference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Application of kidney tongdu decoction combined with western medicine for patients with ankylosing spondylitis treat-ment effect is remarkable, compared with western medicine therapy alone has more effect, is worthy of popularization and application.
