摘要
目的:建立健阳片的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定健阳片中淫羊藿苷、甘草酸的含量。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.1288~2.576μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.35%,RSD为1.35%;甘草酸在0.1646~3.292μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.56%,RSD为0.71%。结论:本方法简便,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for quality control of Jianyang tablets. Methods： The contents of icariin and glycyrrhizic acid were deter-minated by HPLC. Results： The linear range of icariin was 0.1288 -2.576μg,the average recovery of icariin was 98.35% and relative standard de-viation（RSD）was 1.35%（n=6）.The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.1646-3.292μg,the average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 98.56% and relative standard deviation（RSD）was 0.71%（n=6）. Conclusion： The methods is simple and repeatable, It can be used for quality control of Jianyang tablets.
