摘要
山茱萸为临床常用中药之一,具有补益肝肾、收涩固脱的作用。自古至今,山茱萸的炮制方法有炒(熬)法、蒸法、酒制、脂制、盐制等方法。本文通过查阅相关文献,对山茱萸的历史炮制沿革、炮制前后有效成分、药效变化等方面的研究情况进行综述,为进一步合理使用山茱萸炮制品提供较为全面的借鉴资料。
Cornus officinalis is one of the common traditional Chinese medicine in clinic, with tonifying liver and kidney and promote astriction and stem desertion. In all ages, the preparation methods of Cornus officinalis had stir-frying, steaming method, wine-processing, processing with fat, processing with salt-water and so on. The historic evolution, change of effective constituent and pharmacodynamics were summarized by consulting references for the fair use of processed product of Cornus officinalis.
