Discussion on Waterproofing Structure of Anti-floating Anchor Rope in Basement

要求大幅减少锚点的非永久性锚杆,可能会选择锚索,但锚索带油脂、带锚头,穿透整个结构底板,密封防水难度大、失败率高。本文提出了地下室抗浮锚索密封防水设计要点及其施作步骤。

Use of impermanent anchor bolt is required to be cut down, so anchor rope will probably be the alternative. But anchor rope has an anchor head and is greasy, it will penetrate the whole structure bottom plate, so the waterproofing is difficult and easy to fail. The article puts forward the waterproofing design key points of anti-floating anchor rope in basement and the construction procedures.
