摘要
介绍了自修复防水涂料的研发背景,阐述了其修复机理和自修复JS防水涂料产品开发的思路;同时研究了胶囊包裹、凝胶膨胀、固化结晶等材料实验与技术的应用,并做了系列性能检测。结果表明:膨胀材料采用胶囊包裹的处理工艺,能达到较好的缓释效果;化学修复活性物质与膨胀材料一起应用能实现真正意义上的裂缝自我修复。
This article introduces development background of self-repairing waterproofing coating, and elaborates the repair mechanisms and product development ideas of self-repairing JS waterproofing coating. It also studies application of material research and technology of capsule wrapped, gel swell and curing crystallization, and serial performance testing for products. The results shows that swelling material encapsulating by capsule can achieve better release effect, and chemical remediation of active materials with swelling materials can achieve true self-repairing of cracks.
