摘要
中空玻璃密封单元漏气失效后,不仅会导致中空玻璃节能功能丧失,还会增大中空玻璃外片破裂或整体坠落的风险,严重影响其使用寿命和使用安全。通过在中空玻璃板中心施加集中载荷,并测量中空玻璃板中心中空层厚度,可检测中空玻璃是否发生中空层漏气失效,进而评价其结构安全隐患。本文给出了该方法的检测原理、检测方法、检测步骤及失效判据,并对一个工程检测实例进行了描述。
Gas leakage of the sealing unit will lead to the loss of energy saving function of the insulating glass, and also increase the risk of the fracture or overall falling of the outer panel, which will seriously affect its service life and safety. By applying a concentrated load in the center of the insulating glass plate and measuring the thickness of the hollow layer in the center of the plate, it is possible to detect whether or not the hollow glass leaks. Then, gas leakage and structural safety performance of the existing curtain wall insulating glass are estimated. The detection principle, test method, test procedure and failure criterion are analyzed. Finally, an example of engineering detection is described.
