Waterproofing and Drainage Design for Curtain Wall of Shenzhen Taiping Financial Building

深圳太平金融大厦外幕墙采用单元式玻璃幕墙及铝板幕墙组合结构,通过横竖插接位置的多道防水密封线,将大部分雨水隔绝在室外侧;同时,极端天气条件下少量突破防水密封线的雨水,也能通过泛水板、多功能插芯、排水孔的配合顺利排出。本文着重介绍了该工程幕墙的防排水设计。

A combination of unit glass curtain wall and aluminum plate curtain wall is adopted for Shenzhen Taiping Financial Building. Most of rainwater will be stopped outside the building by multiple waterproofing lines in both horizontal and vertical directions. Meanwhile, under extreme weather conditions, a small quantity of rainwater which breaks through the waterproofing lines can be drained out smoothly through flashing board, multifunctional inserting core and drain bole. The article focuses on the waterproofing and drainage design for the curtain wall of this project.
