摘要
分析了高寒地区高铁隧道混凝土结构常见的病害类型及产生的原因,评估了高寒隧道混凝土结构渗漏水逐层结冰对高铁安全运行的风险,探讨了混凝土结构渗漏水对隧道混凝土结构产生的冻融破坏机理,并采用了修复性堵漏技术方案对兰新高铁大梁隧道和祁连山隧道的仰拱、轨道板、侧墙等裂缝、施工缝、蜂窝等病害进行了整治,有效修复混凝土缺陷,保障了高铁隧道结构的安全性、可靠性和耐久性。
The article analyzes the common damage types and causes of concrete structures of high speed railway tunnel in alpine region, evaluates the danger of leaking water freezing layer by layer in tunnel to the safe operation of high speed train, discusses the freezing & thawing damage meehanism of tunnel concrete structure caused by leakage. Reparative leakage stopping solution is adopted for the cracks, construction joints, honeycomb etc of inverted arc, track slab, and side walls of Daliang tunnel and Qilianshan tunnel of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High Speed Railway. The solution repairs the concrete defects effectively, and guarantees the tunnel structure's safety, reliability and durability.
