摘要
针对多层住宅地下室电梯间架空底板部位出现渗漏且多次整治无效的情况,在分析渗漏水原因的基础上,采用防、排结合的原则,对防渗漏、引导排水的措施进行相应设计,并对具体工程应用施工技术进行了详细介绍。
Leakages occur on the built-on-stilts floor plate of elevator room of multi-story residential basement, but repeated remediation does not work. Based on the leaking cause analysis and principle of waterproofing ＆ drainage, a design of leaking proof and water draining is conducted. The article also elaborates on the specific construction techniques.
