摘要
立足于我国脱贫攻坚战略的时代背景,适应当前国家脱贫攻坚精准教育扶贫的需要,聚焦教育扶贫,探索师范生人才培养,淮南师范学院在精准扶贫顶岗支教"炎刘模式"的实践与探索中,积极推进精准扶贫和全科教师培养的融合,关注农村的教育问题,体现教育公平,实现教育均衡,缩小城市和农村的差距,体现民生改善,践行师范生人才培养与改革发展,意义深远。
This paper focused on education poverty alleviation under the background of China's poverty alleviation strategy,explored the training of normal students. In carrying out"Yanliu model"where undergraduates take place of the teachers in rural areas to teach for months, Huainan Normal University promoted the integration of precise poverty alleviation and general teacher training, paid attention to rural education, and embodied education fairness."Yanliu model"is significant for realizing education balance, narrowing the gap between city and countryside, mirroring the improvement of people's livelihood, and reforming the training mode for normal talents.
