摘要
因生源压力、人才评价标准体系缺失等问题致使文化产业管理专业人才培养面临改革。各类高校应合理定位,多层次、分类型培养,地方高校应致力于文化产业应用型人才培养。文化产业管理人才应用能力的形成,以建立良好的"政产学研"人才培养机制为前提,打通专业理论与实践环节,通过专业技能比赛,激发学生应用能力学习热情,用"项目驱动"法推动学生应用能力的形成。
The difficulty of enrollment and the lack of evaluation standard for talents lead to the reform for the training mode of cultural industry management. Universities should set reasonable objectives and provide various types of training. The common universities should devote to cultivating application-oriented talents in cultural industry. The formation of application competence of talents in cultural industry management ought to take the organic integration of management from industry, university and research as the premise, bridge the theory and practice, use professional technical competitions to motivate their learning enthusiasm, and employ the project-driven teaching.
