摘要
为解决新型城镇化进程中农村经济水平提升不可回避的关键问题——农村产业发展用地,本研究沿循产业升级的视角,对集体建设用地流转的动力机制及供需机理进行了理论性探讨。基于上述理论分析框架,提出产业升级背景下集体建设用地流转的建议。
In the process of New Urbanization, the rural land for industrial development turns out to be a key issue which is inevitable for the improvement of rural economy. In order to cope with it, this research follows the perspective of industrial upgrading and puts up the theoretical study on the dynamic mechanism of conversion of collective construction land, as well as the mechanism of supply and demand therein. Based on the abovementioned theoretical analytical framework, a proposal for the conversion of collective construction land under the background of industrial upgrading is propounded.
