腹腔镜胆囊切除术后预防切口感染的护理研究

Nursing study on prevention of incisional infection after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后预防切口感染的预防效果。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月间在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的70例患者作为研究对象,采用随机法分为观察组及对照组,每组35例。对照组患者在治疗过程中给予常规临床护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上给予细查病情、切口护理、饮食指导和心理干预。结果观察组患者的护理干预后引流管拔除时间、切口愈合时间、总住院时间均短于对照组;观察组切口感染例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理干预后血清CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者在常规临床护理干预的基础上实施细查病情、切口护理、饮食指导和心理干预可以减少术后切口感染,促进创面愈合并减轻全身炎症状态,对于促进患者术后康复、提高临床护理满意度具有显著的应用效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on prevention of incision infection after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods 70 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=35）.The control group were given routine nursing intervention during the treatment,the patients in the observation group were given on the basis of investigation of disease,incision nursing,diet guidance and psychological intervention. Results extubation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group and drainage group after nursing intervention,the low rate of incision infection in patients in the control group（P〈0.05）;observation of nursing intervention group patients serum CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 levels were lower than the control group patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients in routine clinical nursing intervention on the examination condition,incision nursing,diet guidance and psychological intervention can reduce the laparoscopic incisional infection after resection,promote wound healing and reduce systemic inflammation,to promote postoperative rehabilitation,improve patients clinical nursing satisfaction has remarkable application effect.
