临床护理路径在白内障手术患者中的应用观察

Application of clinical nursing pathway in cataract surgery patients

目的探讨临床护理路径在白内障手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法选择我院2016年2月—6月共322例(519眼)白内障手术患者,随机分为2组,每组161例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径。结果观察组掌握健康教育内容129例(79.5%),对照组94例(58.3%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间为(3.6±0.7)d,明显短于对照组的(5.7±1.2)d(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为95.0%,明显高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够有效提高白内障手术患者的护理满意度,缩短住院时间及减少费用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical application of clinical nursing pathway in cataract surgery patients. Methods a total of 322 patients（n= 519）from February 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups（n=161）（n=two）.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway nursing. Results two groups of patients after clinical treatment and nursing,master health education content in the observation group of 129 cases（79.5%）,the control group of 94 cases（58.3%）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The average length of stay in the observation group was（3.6±0.7）d,significantly shorter than that of the control group（5.7±1.2）d（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95%（153/161）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（133/161）.Conclusion clinical nursing path can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with cataract surgery,shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce the cost,it is worthy of clinical application.
