精细化管理在多重耐药菌防控中的应用分析

Application of fine management in the prevention and control of multiple drug-resistant bacteria

目的观察精细化管理在多重耐药菌防控工作中的作用。方法 2013年6月—2014年5月采用传统方法管理,2014年6月—2015年5月采用包括重点协作、精细管理抗菌药物、精心落实防控措施、精细监管的精细化管理措施。结果传统方法管理多重耐药菌感染发生率2.23%,精细化管理发生率1.06%。结论精细化管理确保了多重耐药菌防控工作各环节的落实与质量,降低了多重耐药菌感染发生率。

Objective To observe the role of the fine management in the prevention and control multi-resistant bacteria. Methods In June 2013 to May 2014,by adopting the method of traditional management,in June 2014 to May 2015,the fine management. The fine management approach include of focusing on collaboration,fine management of antimicrobial agents,carefully implement the prevention and control measures,subtle supervision.Results The multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection found rate with traditional approach is 2.23%,with the fine management approach is 1.06%. Conclusion The fine management could ensure the work of each link of the prevention and control the multi-resistant bacteria to carry out,so that to reduce the incidence of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection found rate.
