槽式光热发电集热器塔架安装关键技术

摘要 集热器塔架是集热器SCA的支撑结构,承载集热器自重并为集热器转动提供支撑。集热器塔架安装精度低,将导致SCA扭矩管同轴度降低,增大集热器转动时需要克服的阻力,影响驱动塔液压驱动单元的正常工作,并降低SCA聚光集热效率。采用本文中的关键技术定位测量塔架会提高施工效率和安装精度,为后续集热器安装调试打好基础。 The collector tower is supporting structure of the SCA collector, it carries collector weight and to provide support for the collector rotation. If the installation accuracy of collector tower is low, it will reduce the coaxiality of SCA torque tube, increase the resistance of the collector to be rotating, affect the work of the drive unit, and reduce the heat collection efficiency of the SCA.By using the key technology to locate and measure the tower will improve the efficiency and accuracy, and lay a foundation Usingfor of collector installation and debugging.
