摘要
从高压电机的绕组生产入手,研究如何将单件流的理论应用到绕组的生产过程中,通过QUEST软件建立生产线的仿真模型,并基于对该模型的模拟结果进行综合分析,改变生产线布局的方式,缩短整个高压电机的绕组生产周期,从而实现降低产品成本、缩短整个电机的交付周期、提升公司竞争力的目标。
This paper starts from the winding production of high-voltage motor. Through the limited investment, the paper studies how to apply the theory of one-piece flow to the production process of winding without affecting the normal production and operation of the company. The simulation of production line is established by QUEST software Model, and based on the model of the simulation results of a comprehensive analysis, and then change the way the layout of the production line to shorten the entire high-voltage motor winding production cycle, in order to achieve lower product costs, shorten the entire motor delivery cycle,enhance the competitiveness of the company's goal, so that companies can be increasingly fierce competition in the market environment to survive.
